2 Things That Keep Me Sane

Happy Thursday! With all the craziness and uncertainty surrounding us today I wanted to share two things that I do everyday that keep me sane.

First, Bible study. This doesn’t have to take hours of your day, although it is so nice to meditate on God’s Word and sit and commune with Him! I use a variety of things; Our Daily Bread, In Touch, and Awaken (I do not receive any compensation for promoting these sites, apps or books.) I also enjoy reading a book and then reading AJ’s McArthur Study Bible to go deeper. The Blue Letter Bible app is one of my favorite for reading Matthew Henry commentaries as well. Be prepared for a long read from him though!

Second, exercise. I use Beachbody On Demand and highly recommend their programs (I do not receive any compensation for promoting this site). They offer a free 14 day trial. My kids enjoy the Double Time! program and we use it for PE sometimes.
